Kess v2 v4.036

Hello

Since a few days ago I am trying to repair my kess v2 v4.036. I searched through all the posts for the sd files and possible solutions. I have tried with new sd card, formatted with non-Windows programs. sometimes, he tells me that the protocol is not valid and sometimes he tells me that the ecu is unknown (this happens to me with TEMIC DQ250). Can someone help me?

Also remember to put your computer in "Flight Mode" when using the tool

Well, I installed and apparently the software works but I have to try it with the car yet.


These are the steps I have followed:


1. Deleted and formatted at low level the SD card.
2. Put the SD card back on the kess PCB.
3. Installation of the Kess software on the PC.
4. Connect the Kess to the PC.
5. Start the software.
6. Close and disconnect the Kess from the PC.
7. Put folders on the SD card of the Kess PCB.
8. Connect Kess to the PC and start the software again.


Have I done all the steps well?

If it boots and you can see the ecu choices then it's working

For 4.036 no sense use other sw than ksuite 2.08 internet safe.

To have correct files on sd just redo the update with ks2.08 and the update folder with the families.

The problem is I don't have ksuite 2.08 internet safe.

For the correct files...what do you mean ?

Install 2.08 ksuite and let it update the sd card ?
