BMW 320d E46 - PROBLEM WITH INJECTORS POSSIBLE TUNING ISSUES

Guys look at this file. It has been extracted from a BMW 320d e46, EDC16 ecu. I opened the file using ECM Titanium and I saw some odd numbers see the attached Screenshots. If you look at the Injection at part throttle map it has Zeros in places that dont make sense at all and if you look at the Fuel During Acceleration Map it has negatives all over it and this makes no sense whatsoever. Car is starting but injectors behaving in such a manner that it cannot be operated. Can someone look at the file and advise if this map is okay or has something wrong?

What do you mean i have hardware issues

that the ecu file (software) is fine! so if the car works shit is because of some mechanical (hardware) problem.
