Delphi HSFI 2.5 Meriva A - clone and problem

I just started with Delphi ECUs, so sorry if I ask some obvious questions..

Vauxhall Meriva A with engine Z16XE, HSFI 2.5 - started to give acceleration pedal faults (known fault for these ECUs so far as I read).
Decided to go for second-hand ECU, got the same type, HSFI 2.5, but different number:

HW: DEL 0115214590
SW: 12242000.16
VIN nr.: W0L0XCE7544287055
SW ver.:
Spare:
Engine: Z16XE
HW Ver.:
SW upg.: DZJN

I don't want to touch original ECU before I'm sure what I'm doing, so did some testing with new ECU - managed to read flash with Kess, so this part looks good.
The only problem is I don't have PIN code to reset this new ECU and I believe I need this code, even if I read old ECU with Kess and write saved file to new ECU - correct?
I have already ordered Carprog, but it will take a while to get it delivered - any chance someone can tell me PIN based on Kess backup (attached)?

Can someone confirm the steps I need to take to make this Meriva working with new ECU?

1. Remove old/original ECU, read all with Kess, save the backup
2. Write saved backup to new ECU
3. Install new ECU in Meriva
4. Use OPCOM and PIN for new ECU to reset ECU
5. Use OPCOM and PIN for old/original ECU to initialize new ECU
6. Car should start

Hello. The pincode os in the eeprom dump. You have attached the flash dump. Hsfi z16xe D04014 type dzjn 0115214590
First: get the flash dump with kess, get the eeprom dump with carprog.
Second: write the files on the second ecu, doing it backwords woth the kess and carprog. Connect opcom and see if cloned files are ok. O mean if the ecu has the same vin nber and variant prohrming settinhs yhe same as the old wcu
Clear dtcs and give it a start
Carpass is shown in carprog after reading the eeprom dump
