2007 toyota camry rear view camera fuzzy picture

hey guys i just fitted a factory nav radio from a higher grade 2007 2008 camry
spent time getting the gps and phone to work and thats all good
now im trying to wire up a rear view camera
all wiring works but i just cant get a good picture

its a fujitsu ten radio

its like the horizontal settings are not compatible

here is a screen shot of when the rear view turns on

do I need a special type of rear camera as the stereo is 12 years old and the camera is from an electronics store
