Can you help me? on the pc I have 2 accounts, on the first I installed and activated delphi on the second today I tried to access delphi but it did not work. return to the first account but delphi no longer works.
I tried to reinsert the activated file but it gives me an error.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall it by inserting the activated files I had previously received but nothing. keep giving me the same error, can you help me? the error that gives me is this:
"operation failed, please verify that the installed version is valid for your VCI type."
In the case, I tried to pull out again the files to activate both cars and trucks .. hoping they are only to reactivate ... because I do not understand
