Don't work.
It says Operation failed.Please check that installed version is valid for your type of VCI.
I delete Delphi2016 and install Autocom2016.0 Car Setup.

Can you tell us if the OBD2 socket was connected to the car or powered from the 12Vdc external source? I tend to think not.
That's what I think is the problem for you. So, go with your laptop to the car, plug in the OBD2 jack, eventually reinstall the drivers if needed and then do the test.
Or, give us more details.
