Default Turn On Your Pc In Just 10 Seconds

    works great.

Here's how to turn on your PC in approx 10 seconds (varies from PC-to-PC)

    >Go to run

    >Type Regedit

    >Press enter

    >This will open Registry Editor
    Now look for the key

    HKEY_LOACAL_MECHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contr ol\ContentIndex

    >Here you'll find the Key Called "Startup Delay"
    >Double Click On It
    >Now where its Base
    >Click Decimal
    >Now its Default Value Is 4800000 (75300:hexadecimal)
    >Change The Value To 40000

There u go, you've have done it
Now close the Registry Editor and Restart Your Computer

Hi, are there any downsides to this? I mean why exactly is it set up with start-up delays in the first place?

sounds too good to be true...

    just had a quick search:

"Delay to let system start before initiating Indexing Service. Cannot be overridden by an identically named entry under the Catalog subkey for a specific catalog. "

    found here Main Registry Entries

    sounds rather disprooved to me!

Would it cause any problems in the long run that anyone knows about?
