edc17c46 any tested tool for obd?

Hi, just wondering if anybody has tested edc17c46 already with obd writing. I need to buy tool and confused with one. Mpps or Ktag?

Kess geniune read VR / Write no problem
Kess clone no read / Write no problem

Mpps = shit
Ktag read and write very well also clone

just looking for EU Ktag or Kess now and see most of website have China one, purple pcb is the one I should look for right?

Cp2010 sells eu made kess v2 tools and provides vr files for his customers

Kess and ktag v2.23 is working good with edc17c46. VR doesn't working.
