How to read VOLVO FH500 TRW EMS 2.3 ECU?

Hi!

I have Volvo Truck FH 500 from 2015 year it has a TRW EMS 2.3 ECU.
I have ori K-TAG and protocol 1041 is for Volvo FH500 but other ecu. The support does not know when it will be supported.
Is there any other option/tool to read/write it? OBD or boot?

no one before tried to read this ECU? No tool to read/write it?

FGTech ori can read and write by BDM/JTAG mode.

@dominik.m you are sure? Do you have FGtech ori and can post screen here?
Ktag ori also say that it do Volvo FH 500 with 1041 Protocol but with other ECU not with TRW EMS 2.3

I looked into FG tech site and here:

TRW EMS 2 is not same as EMS 2.3 i tried to read it as TRW EMS 2 but board pic are different.

With ori ktag it is possible to read/write EMS 2.3 family 870 (coming soon), if you will ask support they will do activation in your tool.

I have written to support. They have activated protocol for me I can read write files but..... It does not have checksum so it is not usable...
Did someone have checksums for this ECU?

Yes but you know how it is with Trucks? They cannot stay day or two.
I have oportuninty to chip this Volvo but only when they are at base, an car can maximum stay one day, sometimes i have 5 hours to do whole tuning.
And there is a time to take out Ecu, open it, read send to you. You will send to support. waiting for response...
I think its to long for this customer.

But why sending Ori file? not mod file? Ori file have good cheksums as i know.

Doesnt matter if you send original or mod file. I want to send to support to check if they have algorithm to do CRC...

Anyone found a solution for succesfully read and write witch checksum for this ecu? and known tool that can work with ems 2.3 ?
