Look if you can not copy ID48 with out turning the ignition to collect the data its pointless to spend money if you cannot copy smart keys ID48 chips, that the way I look at it.

yes you are correct about this ,but in this time no tool can doo,

i also see on this device snifing power anthena ,can do collect data from 10 or 20cm away from key its good for slot key

Is it really that different to Handy Baby first one. Did not have one yet so ofcourse ordered this new version instead of older one (coming in next week or the week after). JMD Assist on the wishlist. Also found this video about remote simulation

what use is it, you can simulate a remote, but can you actually DO something with that data? Can you create a new remote or something like that? Most VW is activation of remote by VCDS and other cars have there own procedures but I love to have as many tools that can do programming, cloning and remote activation as possible, so the change of failing at times is as small as possible.

Did a remote test of incoming shipment BMW keys. Had a few rare 433mhz and those tested fine, like all 433mhz keys tested with handy baby 2. However, 868mhz did nothing, checked battery, and almost condemned as another wasted key. Last check did with Xhorse tester and that one did pick up the signal so it was the handy baby 2 that fails on 868mhz testing.
