    Default Renault Trafic EDC17c42 read/write with Kess by Obd?

    Hello,

    I have a question:

    Is it possible to read and write Renault Traffic EDC17C42 with KESS clone by OBD?

    I read through the kess injectors of this car via OBD.

    ECU ID from Kess:

    HW: 1754R

    SW: 1037521429

    VIN nr.: VF1.......................................

    SW ver.: 2011R

    Spare:

    Engine:

    HW Ver.:

    SW upg.: 2437R

    Installation:

    Kess says it should be possible. But i suggest you to put the ECU on bench and read/write it in boot mode - that's the most secure way.

    you can R/W this ecu with boot but is very difficult, by obd is possible R/W without problem.
