If its CAS3+ ISN is locked u can downgrade with abrites diagnostic tool and do the job

U can also renew the key and program new key as all key lost i use renew key SKC from keyprogtool

Can anyone help me out with a CAS3 - used DME mismatch? I'm not sure if I can erase the ECU completely and reflash as a new one then do a cas sync with ISTA+ or if I need to use CAS3 editor
