tried few tools non of them unlock this mcu only read backup.

I did not try at porsche but I think MDP EVO is the best tool for your job.

i know this tool but since today not needed. i had other porshe bcm diferent year. last 2016 diferent mask mcu. chip was crypt too. but no problem read write unlock.
