KTAG HELP FILES

Hi
I need help with my ktag 2.23,when i click on the (here) to open ecu pinout nothing happens and i have made sure all the help files are present.Its as if i am missing something,no error pops up but it just does nothing at all after clicking for help.

I have downloaded different help file,instlled them in the Help folder but when it come to opening the file after selection the ecu nothing happens as if i did not click to see ecu connection.Its as if i am missing a plug in on my laptop or something that supports the opening of these files.
