Hi.
You should be more precise. What Volvo? Cars or truck? Which year of production? What type of PCB do you have in your tester? . V 3.0 V 6.0, 8.0 9.0?

Sorry mario, i have 2016 cpd, it's a double pcb with nec relays, it connects to everything i've tried so far, ford, vag, psa, but i tried 2009 volvo v40 and 2011 volvo s60 D3 and no communication, any input would be appreciated, maybe i have to rework obd plug, cheers, goodluck.

The reason for the lack of connection may be a bad PCB V 8.0 / 6.0 or 9.0. The 2016.0 software is also faulty and may also cause a connection failure. You can still try wow wurth 5.008.2 ML or DEL / AC SW 2014.3.2 MD Final.

I can't update the ds150e firmware. Throws an error message. 2015R3 and 2016 not working, it also wants to upgrade the firmware. What is the solution?

What firmware is currently in your tester? Just stay with the old FW. Copy / paste old fw to a folder in a new SW. For example, paste old 1423 instead of new 1513. In the new FW, change the name and leave it in the folder too. (Firmware1513) The software will use "Firmware" without any additional name.

I probably bricked my delphi, it wanted to update firmware i stopped it now when i plug in into car the lights are red and i can't connect, do you know fix to this?
