Kess ,,Micro wake up Error,, boot mode

Hey.I have a problem with KESS 5.017 (red PCB).
When I try to read EDC17cp14 (Passat, 2009year) using the boot mode,
the message "MICRO Wakeup Error" appears. I tried a different computer, a good power supply, different protocols and nothing helped.
I used the connection from the KESS instructions. Did anyone have a similar problem? Anyone have a checked PINOUT for this ECU?

Thanks.I checked DB15. It's ok, according to your photo.
Reading via obd works ok, only the boot mode reading does not work.
Maybe the tricore module is not working properly?

I changed the components only in Kess. I did not change anything in the tricore module.

Try older one .. like Prt151
