MB W203 dump file error

Hi Dear all

I have Mercedes w203 I have read the dump but when try to make the keys the key not turn on the eis I don't know why?

can any one please recheck my dump file

EZS transport protection unlock : YES
EZS personalised : NO
EZS activated : YES
EZS SERIAL

and key 0,2,7 locked

I did but all the same after generate the keys and make new key not turn on

write this file in mcu
