Passat immo problem

Hello,

Car after crash and customer can't remove smart key from lock (near dash). Car don't start, event can't turn on key in position 2. If need again do key adaption, where to read login code? And how to remove key from the lock?
I had read dash eeprom with Vag - Can commander and post it.
