need help Delphi CRD. 11 Mercedes W204 2,2CDI

Hello,

Have big problem Ecu DELPHI Common Rail DCM3.2 DEAD that doesnt communicate no visable damage from opening or soldering. Car doesnt crank at all, only accept key and turn ignition on. Tryed connect Galleto V54 too BDM , but write after tryng to read " Micro wont supported" :
Cheked wiring ,jumpers all ok .
K-tag V7.020 tryed , with adapter AD02 , one and two jumpers too read ecu via bdm , but nothink have error: " hardware configuration not supported "

Maybe someone know were could be a problem , because i cheked all forum and wont find solution for this problem.

Can you show your connection on the ECU it self?
You need 2 bridges on these. But don't forget the board has a coating on it.
So remove some coating on the contact points with cleaner

Can you write ori back and select protocol manual?
Cut of power from ecu for 1h and try to write only eeprom first

1 - i cant connect to ecu and i can't read eeprom ,micro , flash , with writing same. I dont have original files because cant read :/

2 - i tryed with one jumper and with two jumper same situation.

3 - now in photo is galleto adapter soldered .

4 - in first place i cleaned solder points.

Ok, check these connections. Need second bridge also.
You have an adapter to use with Ktag? and cable 102?
If that doesn't work check if 12v enters

1 - Yes i know this bridge i tryed 10times with ONE bridge and with TWO , but no result.

2 - I have only AD02 adapter for K-tag i put photo.

3 - in photo you see my error when trying to read this ecu.

4 - about what cable 102 you talking : " Ribbon cable 144300T100 " <-- this maybe?

5 - I cheked +12V enter in ecu when i trying to read .

Can you write normal what you mean change tool?

I have tryed solder like in photo , but i dont understand why need this two wires red and black , need connect extra power ore what?

Problem was with ecu dead , i buy another ecu and readed with K-tag now need good delete dtc :
+dpf off + checksum . I tryed one file deleted dpf +dtc + cs and car starts few times ,after what can't start a car. When i write original file car start's always ,but are 2 fault codes:
23F8 and 227C

who can help with this situation?

Yes if file moded is writed 2-5times car starts and when not .


So maybe someone can mode file and calculate checksum ?

post your mod file to check the checksum

You need read all, and place all files in a folder. So you have:
Eeprom
Flash
Mpc
Backup

You need edit mpc! When you done, delete mpc in this folder then put your moded or edited file in the place and write full!
So ktag will calculate crc now.

I had same sitation, car start, ride good, all ok. After 1 hour, customer call me car no start.
This is what i do and all ok.

software in you china K-tag bad fix crc, use better tool and problem's gone.
