89-BF these may be the pump flow values. I'm interested in being able to change them.I have EPS944, but the programming is very limited, and I cannot use one ecu programmed in another with a different reference.
the ecu is bought virgin and the pump reference can only be programmed once.

Do you only connect via k-line?

Hello, Pepita. Regarding this... I have some psg5, but i cannot find out what cars and engine type are from. I only can connect them via kline and get the serial and some little version info. Do you have a list to identify them by car, engine, make etc?

@Ricked: psg5 need programming if you want to use a ford ecm to a nissan or to opel etc... There are all the same hw, but the sw is that causing trouble. If you referred to Opel 1.7,2.0 psg5, or some bmw 2.0 ecms, yes, there will not be necessary to reprogram the immo part in it. Just to inform you, by example, there are some different versions, like: psg5 that works with x20dtl, but cannot work on y20dth type (just an arbitrary example), the ecu with the psg5 will not communicate correctly. So, just swapping them from a pump to another is not workking as you might think.

The man here, @javiere asked for a reliable method to reproogram a psg5 i.o. to use it from a car makke to another...

Valuable information. What about swapping PSG5 0281010888 from Audi A6 allroad (I think it's 2003) with A8 D2 (2000 facelift)? They both have the same engine, with the difference that A6 is 110kW engine and A8 is 132kW. PSGs are identical and interchangeable as stated in the table. I installed that one from A6 to A8 but no way it will work without decoding or whatever is needed there.

PSG5 does not have flash memory.
Pocessor 87C196 OTPROM. I do not know how to write.
EEPROM 256 bytes.

OTPROM means one time programmable ROM. So it speaks for itself pretty much.

subscribed. had a customer ask me about this today too. so far all information leads to pretty much nowhere apart from the pics of the software by Pepita on page 1 of this thread. is there any development on that??
