If you want to save your non-syncronised data use the browser log-in in PC and ask a reminder or pass reset.
If you don't care switch off go to recovery and reset, it will be fine. On 4.1 Android no FRP security
Sir, are you classified as human? Negative, I am a meat popsicle

then why don't do what i suggested you?

    edit:
You don't remember even the email adress?

if you need your photos you have only 3 choice:
    - Find out at least the email adresss and ask a reminder or reset
    - Plug in to a pc if your dev mode is on and you can establish an ADB connection, then:
-1: If not encypted the user data and the usb communication is set to PMP not MTP you can pull your whole /userdata
-2: If encypted maybe you can root your phone. Maybe but you have to be a very lucky guy. After root you can remove the lock via simple ADB commands (deleting 2 file) i will tell you if you done with the root.
    - Bcose it's a japanese DoCoMo phone with locked bootloader there is no chance to a custom recovery. And as i know not exist at all. So you can't pull out the /userdata partiton. The best way when you find a local skilled gsm shop with good equipments and they able to dump your phone's emmc. If you lucky it's not glued to the pcb so they wont kill it

Unfortunately not every time. The DoCoMo, AT&T and other companys always asking custom sw modifications.
