I have the same situation with windows 7 ultimate 32bits than lepatron972

.

Can you help me there? I dont what happend beucase soft was opened after this window but all buttons in grey colour.

hello, no problem once the interface is recognized everything works without any difficulty at the moment it works on two Pc sou win10 pro 64 bits

J’ai eu le cas une fois et bien figurés toi que le fgtech n’était pas un 0475 donc fonctionne pas avec le logiciel.

I had the case once and figured out that the fgtech was not a 0475 so it does not work with software.

download and install the software for version 0389 you will be fixed

I tried the software that came with the galletto which i bought on ebay from bulgaria and i tried the 2017cooked version which also didn’t work. I m looking on internet to download a 0386 version but don’t find it.
My laptop is win7 64 bit. I ll try an old pc with XP to see what it does.
I d write you in french but that wouldn’t be fair for any non french speaker and this info could help someone in a near future 😁
