Hello, i have just bought a CG Pro 9S12. But when i connect device with laptop thru usb cable, my laptop do not connect with device. And it only connect when i plug 12v power addtionally. So can CG Pro 9S12 only work when plug both usb cable and 12v cable or my one is false? Additionlly, on CG Pro software, it show "expiration 77 days". it mean that does my CG Pro 9S12 only have license for 77 days? Can anybody explain for me clarity please, thanks

Yup, it has to be connected to a 12V supply. Would be rash to depend solely on USB power when working with some of these chips
. After the license expires, it will be renewed the next time the machine is used.
