Good day need advice on a 2012 Vw Polo 6R engine light comes - DTC shows Air Mass meter intermittendt signal - after cancel it activates after a while the engine light again - checked all wiring seems good - even changed the air flow meter with a another 1.6 TDi vehicle same error comes back on - any advice be appreciated

Semi blocked exhaust.. EGR ??? If it is EGR walk away.

error code is P010100 - would replacing the egr cooler be a solution or even try to clean out the diesel soot
