Hello Some time ago I bought a renolink 199 from a Chinese seller, it turned out that the CD could not be read. Can anyone share this CD or help me activate RenOlink 1.99 ? it's my SN 113010952269

Version 1.99 padding is invalid and cannot be removed or interface not connect...
Version 2.09 interface not connect...

Hi Everyone!

I think i tried all solutions from this thread, and yet my RenoLink 1.87 is not working due to Interface not Connected issue.

I bought myself Vscan OBD II Interface


In the instruction seems that it is compatibile with RenoLink Software.

Im following the instruction from Video/YouTube and all goes smooth untill i Run the program.

Interface is connected on COM 2 Port
115200 Bit Rate, all smooth with Interface Preparator

Just in Case:
Run CDM2082_Setup installing FTDI Drivers - Done
Run RenoLink Setup app and install in ProgramFiled(86) - Done
Copy renolink.dat and RenoLink app to the Installed Location
Set Interface in Device Manager to COM2 + 115200 BitRate

Am I missing something ?
Do i need to register this OBD2 Interface Somehow and paste the proper text file to the folder ?
I will trully apriciate Your Hepl, becouse its been almost 2 weeks with my strugle and I think i tried all solutions, before Im typing here.

how to solve the problem

Maybe someone has advice.

I have an OBDLink SX clone from ali. It was working normal for some time, both with renolink, ddt4all, forscan.

But recently, the tool started to disconnect randomly. It is recognized by windows, stnfinder and stnterm.

When connected to laptop, LED will light up, I connect it to my car, start scaning for ECUs via renolink or ddt4all, and device will get stuck after some percent, and LED on the device will turn off.

After that point device is unusable until I reconnect it.

I tried updating drivers to latest version, used the OBDLinkUSBFactoryReset tool, nothing helps.

Is there anything I can try to make it work?
