Renault/Dacia Medianav 1 Map update

I would like to share with you solution to update maps for Medianav 1 navigation system , that you can find in Renault or Dacia system.



Procedure is very simple and quick!.



INSTRUCTIONS:



1) First at all you have to update you system to 4.0.6 version - its important! You MUST have 4.0.6 otherwise you will not be able to update your maps!



2) Second you have to update dboot in your system - it will allow to enter Windows and copy files in storage/internal memory



3) Third you have to install securesystem - it will allow Medianav to run Windows mode



4) Finally we will install patch, that will allow and unlock Medianav to run maps - from iGO !





The last available maps are 2018.Q3 - you can find link in attachment.



Prepare your maps on USB:





.FBL, .HNR - for MAPS folder

.POI - for POI folder

.SPC - for SPEEDCAM folder



Please remember that Medianav has available space around ~ 2.3 GB



After that , only thing left is to copy maps to the memory of the system.!



Please switch off the radio.

Wait couple of seconds after radio will be completly switched off.

Switch the radio ON, logo of Renault/Dacia will appear.

When you see the logo please see on the left down corner will apper - DBOOT 1 .x . x - and when you see it please touch the screen and slide with your finger slowly by the touch screen - Popup scren will appear - CONFIRM and EUREKA! We are in the Windows!



Enter the medianav memory. Find CONTENT folder and inside there will be MAPS , POI, SPEEDCAM.

Just copy the maps and rest of spc and pois..

When you will finish just switch off system by icon on Desktop.



Restart Medianav and after that you have latest maps!

Prepare seus mapas em USB:

Por favor lembre-se que Medianav tem espaço disponível em torno de ~ 2,3 GB



Depois disso, a única coisa que resta é copiar mapas para o memória do sistema.



Por favor, desligue o rádio.

Aguarde alguns segundos após o rádio estar completamente desligado.

Ligue o rádio, o logotipo da Renault / Dacia aparecerá.

Quando você ver o logotipo, por favor, veja no canto esquerdo da esquerda irá aparecer - DBOOT 1 .x. x - e quando você vê, por favor, toque na tela e deslize com o dedo lentamente pela tela de toque - Popup scren aparecerá - CONFIRM e EUREKA! Estamos no Windows!



Digite a memória mediana. Encontre a pasta CONTENT e dentro haverá MAPS, POI, SPEEDCAM.

Basta copiar os mapas e resto de spc e pois ..

Quando você vai terminar basta desligar o sistema por ícone na área de trabalho.



Reinicie Medianav e depois disso você tem os mapas mais recentes!
