    Hi folks,
im thinking of getting Satgear 80cm Motorised Satellite Dish Kit from amazon...i have dreambox 800.. but i need a new project from where i am thinking of putting the dish..side of house... i wont be able to go west much...if that matters? is there much 3pm footy around on "nearish" sats... so i dont have to move the dish much? no way mrs will let me have a dish on front of house!

thank you for this - I am migrating away from Sky and the first question is which dish to get. At least now I have the size sorted, now onto motors/multiple dishes etc.

Try adding in the transponder 1st before trying to find the satellite.

    11387V 30000

Then search for 10 east using that frequency.

    You should pick it up.

Go to hotbird & then work back westwards slowly & a touch at a time, & you should get it on.
