    DTCs?
my guess is the pump thats failed.
No dtc when car is starting a huge smoke is going out from turbo exhaust and smells like unburnt fuel

Look at live data fuel pressure MINIMUM 125 bar

and /or just crank and crank and crank on starter 30 seconds solid look for fault code

csn you get a used injector and pipe, make it 3,cyclinders conversion one at a time?

Unplug one injector at a time and try to start the engine in 3 injectors. Maybe you have a faulty injector

At least my way has more danger, and some cars won't start with injector unplugged, merc and another brand

done in purpose to stop injector getting damaged

Injectors have been tested on bench snd was fine.the fuel pressure is something strange.when starting the car znd trying to accelerate without success fuel pressure rising a lot eg the rpm goes 1000 when i am trying to accelerate and i am reading 800 bar!!!fuel pressure regulator has been changed but without success.the man who tested injectors said that if the car had more pressure at startup then must had crackle noise from engine.all this without any dtc.i am thinking that only ecu must causing this trouble.ecu has not been opened before.type is sid807 ktag said clonable ecu.the problem is that i can find only sid807 evo.can this will work?

Is the level of engine oil remaining constant? If the engine oil is also going down then check anywhere the oil might be leaking into the cylinders... If it has a turbo check if the turbo is not leaking oil into the inlet air manifold via the air pipe..

Either way, if the car is producing a lot of exhaust - whether it's oil or diesel - and if the car has a Catalytic Converter/DPF - that part of the exhaust system will need to be cleared once you resolve the main problem because the exhaust will become clogged eventually.

If you are 100% sure with the tests done on the injectors, and you are happy with the fuel pressure regulator, and fuel pressure relief valve...as well as the vehicle's compression - then you are right in suspecting the ECM is malfunctioning.

Just to check if compression is good you can disconnect the fuel supply pipe (intake from tank) at the filter (this will create airlock which you can clear later using a primer pump and or quick start substance). Crank a couple of times to clear whatever fuel could be in the combustion chambers, then apply about 200mls gasoline to the air cleaner filter...close the air cleaner..then crank... If the car starts and runs smooth without misfire then your compression is good.. You expect the engine to stall as soon as the 200mls gasoline finishes...

If the engine misfires a lot with air enriched with gasoline (petrol) vapour then your compression is suspect.. If compression is bad on some cylinders some fuel will come out at the exhaust unburnt..

If the results of the compression tests show that the compression is good then proceed with ECM tests.

Disagree, sort of, read back this thread.

lets pretend it an really old turbo diesel tractor doing the same, not ecu, not pump, not dpf , not injectors

So what is next on your "old tractor"?

    1) massive load of dK thanks jamming something?

    2) something else, but what?

Could it be an immo problem considering that the car starts for 3-5 seconds and then stops?
