    Have to be injector problem, many times testing injectors in bench will not show its problem cause of using testing liquid solution not diesel. Please try like this, remove injector leak off pipes and put them into bottles, about 10ml per injector @ 1 minute will be roughly acceptable. I have had this problems with psa engines several times as runs and cuts out, injectors claimed to be ok(tested ok in bench @ diesel repair/testing company), but really they where shot!

    U say live data shows 800 bar at 1000 rpm. I'd be investigating this 1st. U say it's had a SCV but was it new? Hard to diagnose without being there. Who knows if yr ECU puts a code for too high pressure. We all know it should but....

    Had something similar, a injector leak off test showed #3 injector leak off excessive. Pump pressure went sky high to compensate and then shut down.

    You had smoke from exhaust?

    I am thinking for injectors but testing company claimed that was 100% good

    A leak off test is 100% proof. For me its the #1 test.

    Did hear of main dealer, did leak off all ok, ended send away, fawlty ones

    Was Banned For Being Certifiably Insane and Stupid
