    Default 2008 Mercedes C300 W204 ABS module replacement/ reprogramming

Situation: ABS/ESP had internal electrical problem. We replaced ABS/ESP unit (just the brain) with used one.
Same part numbers. Were able to do manual coding replacement of ABS/ESP N30 module with calibration of inlets/outlets/road test.
No more codes from ABS/ESP but the HOOD OPEN sign is always on. Replaced a connector. Same thing.
    Have anyone had similar issue?
Using autel maxisys elite & matco maximus 2.0 (launch x431).
    Any input will be helpful.

Seems like Rear SAM had to be updated and adapted to New(used) ABS module..
    Live and learn..

No, I had to bring to another electrician with better equipment than mine

Autel was able to do online coding but only for Virgin ABS module. Because I got used one I had to do manual coding
and then rear SAM didn't matched some values and needed to be adapted.
