BMW E36 318i M1.7.2 ISN
Guys seriously i've busted by mind figuring out this and done too many read up still cannot get this to work. Long story short I'm trying to get ISN for the DME from INPA but cannot do it and INPA with error IFH-0006 no matter what version of INPA i tried. Next the EWS2 cannot be read too from INPA or any diag tools. So with that said I cannot get the ISN for the EWS Emulator to work for the DME. I dont have a EEPROM programmer for the DME. However I do have a programmer for the EWS. I'm wondering if I could read the EWS 2D47J from programmer will anyone here able to get the ISN for me? If yes I will read the file from 2D47J because I do not know how anymore with INPA to get the ISN. Please help thank you!

What about if read thru eeprom of dme? Is orange programmer ok enough? Worth to invest in one?

Before I try to buy a tool to read the eeprom from dme if I can read the 2d47j with digimaster3 can we get the isn from 2d47j..? Originally Posted by kiszka

So the main question can we get the ISN by reading ews2 2d47j data and program to emulator for dme?
Or someone can enlighten me why INPA can not connect to dme with error IFH-0006..?
