    Default SAAB 9-3 ELV VIRGIN DUMP??

    Hello guys

    Can any friend to help me with Virgin dump ELV for SAAB 9-3
    I have changed the ELV but the engine not start
    The error is locked steering column

    Use TECH2 SAAB for this job, no virgin solution for ELV, tested.
