need new Virgin dump for 2005 Volvo S80

Hello Everyone,
I got 2005 Volvo S80.
after i Add a key to the CEM by Tango the car was start a few times but after the next day he start to makes a lot of noise and doesnt start at all.
i got another CEM from Junkyard from 2005 Volvo S60 and try to resync it with my friend's shop but we didnt succeed.

now we try to fix the old one by new virgin dump file for the NEC and EPPROM.

someone can help me with that?
