I ALL I HAVE VOLVO S80 1999 THE CEM DAMAGE I GET USED ONE I READ THE FLASH 28F400 AND I MAKE NEW KEY AND READ ST95P08 FROM ECU AND THEN I SYN IT BY TANGO BUT CAR DOESNOT CRANK .CAN ANU BOBY HELP

Have you read the fault codes with a diagnostic machine? What fault codes are you getting?

Also, is the car automatic or manual transmission? If it is auto, is it showing the Park (P) or Neutral (N) position? Is it failing to crank even in those positions?

Yes i read all fault no siginal between ecu and cem

Its automatic transmisiton and its in park but still no crank

I get today full kit CEM+ECU+KEY the car start. but nothing work light dash lock windows.....only the motor run .because the cem different version of car the kit for volvo s80 2003.

Wrong VIN in CEM...
Wrong Configuration in CEM...

Better make correct your Ori dump and write it in CEM.
