Mtool/ Stool ?
Morning all I have the ELS27 cable
Im looking for advice for U.K. seller/outlet for software and dongle. I have emailed Russian manufacturers but their platform is Russia only
I know no selling can take place or requests for money etc just looking to be pointed in right direction

I did use search button and google but only China or Russia and search on here points to software but no activation/dongle

For the Mtool I remember seeing someone selling it on the other forum. M.h.h auto. A few hundred dollars it cost if I'm not mistaken.

I think the issue used to be that Stool (original software) was never getting translated into English. Someone took the Stool and adapted it to the English interface and started selling it as Mtool.
If that Russian dealer replies then you'll have the original possibly already translated

The clone is several versions behind the original already. Maybe the original fixed its security and we won't be seeing new versions of the clone. I don't have the original, but the clone has some bugs and doesn't work on all cars it says.

Can it run with MTool_v1.31 without obd
When I want to open the program, it dies
usb device is not found.the program will be closed
