Default Kawasaki EEPROM - Understanding data correction

Hello all, this is my first post, i'm looking to edit 2 new clusters on my track bike to match the original mileage, i've looked for hours and done many tests to try and figure it out myself without success

Original mileage is 8207 - the clock above was reading 12591 - so i can edit it - just can't figure out how to get to 8207

The block in blue is the data dump and controls the mileage - it repeats 10 times, then repeats another 6 times - seemingly it is checksum it's self (reverse hex maybe)
This is the "test" clock, once i get this right hopefully i can edit the new clock that will be fitted
Below is the test results i have so far (all repeated 16 times)

    (05 cluster + 09 cluster data dump)

Has anyone ever come across this type of hex before?
Even if someone can point me in the right direction it would be massively appreciated!!

    Thank you for looking

You can get it close with windows calculator.

Calculated in Km, hex to decimal X32.

Decimal/32 to hex then xor with ffff to get the other two bytes..
Please DO NOT PM me asking for help.

Post in the forum, that is what it is here for.
