Smart 454 FourFor PCF7941 Issue

Hi,
If i put the key in zeddbull i can read it, it takes about 10 seconds, and read that is ID 46 CRYPT Philips, 7941 Locked.
Car don't start with this key, if i try to relearn transponder with Star Diagnose it gives error "Transponder Defective" and cannot learn it.
What can i do? To put another new PCF7941 ? Needs preparation before learn procedure?
What about using a PCF7936 and pull out the communication solenoid from key PCB? Or PCF7936 need also preparation, or just use a blank?
