This eeprom can write only one time.
You can try to clear it with R270 or you solder new one

you mean mate to erase incremental register`s in first two lines where store mileage you can write bigger value,lower NO,then you must erase with proper tool too 00 because no lower value than 00 but all off it to explain to him is better than explain how world is born also this bike is equipped with BMSX ecu where mileage is stored in int.eeprom & chksummed
