    Default vw golf 2009 year,engine cgga petrol engine,ABS problem

    Hello
    I have vw golf 1k 2009 petrol 1.4 CGGA
    Fault is ABS ESP MK60 1K0907379CD
    01130 ABS Operation
    008 implausible signal
    No fault an any other modul an car except ABS
    I check all 3 fusses and check ground an A-pillar of ABS and check connector an ABS modul
    ABS is out of function,I erase fault but come again when drive car more than 20km\h
    Usually an vw can`t make diagnosys when driving more than 20km/h but an this car make diagnosis an all km/h.
    please help I have vcds and VAS5054 if any know about this problem.

    Possible Causes

    • Fuse(s) faulty
    • Modifications/Retrofits incompatible
    • Wiring from/to Brake Electronics Control Module (J104) faulty
      • Electrical Interference from External Sources
        • High Frequency Radiation (e.g. non-insulated Ignition Cable)

    • Brake Electronics Control Module (J104) faulty

    Possible Solutions

    • Check Fuse(s)
    • Check Vehicle for Modifications/Retrofits
      • Temporarily remove Modifications/Retrofits (including Wiring)

    • Check Wiring from/to Brake Electronics Control Module (J104)
    • Check Brake Electronics Control Module (J104)

    I check all ,and all is ok ad vehicle is like new,no modification

    Hi, new abs module will 100% solve the problem. Or you can try to change 990-9413.1B ATE-driver and reflow BGA ATE MCU. I have repair more than 20 units with this problem, and I can say that I solve it 50% other was changed with the used or new one. If you will decide to change it save your coding from the old unit you will need it for new or used one

    Hi pipina. How can I save the coding of original abs to prorgam it on donor without the car? Is it possible?
