Unhappy SIMOS PCR 2.1--- P2146 ERROR . MOSFET DEAD INSIDE

Hi , i've this ecu from my 1.6tdi vw polo. It has a P2146 error stand for a fault of injection circuit inside the ECU. Car doesn't start with this ecu .
I replaced with new ECU , adapted immo and all go fine .

Now i open the ecu and search the damage, i found a Big MOSFET dead (shorted) , and 2 diode(???) shorted too.

I attach pictures of entire board .

i've to check other component in this PCB ?
Thank you in advice to everyone and sorry for some mistakes .

Hey I have the same problem did anyone fix it? In mine the injector Mosfets also semse fine (9n25) but the big mosfet IRFW644B semse faulty, but not sure? (Like in this post)

My diodes are also shorted, but it might be because they are in circut, need to solder them out to test (will only do it if I don't find any other faults)
