Extract ZE-NC2011D_V0403_FEU_Update.exe, copy C9_SW_Update to the root of SD OR USB boot, turn on the RADIO more instructions in pdf.

I will try it, but i think that you files is for unit that can boot operaring system, than go to settings-update... i am not able to do that becouse is stucked on logo..
Anyway, i will try tomorrow. Thank you

i have tried to extract downloaded file to root of sd, but NO, it cant be done this way.. need recovery files, this is files for updating when unit boot up operating system..

I am very surprised that there is no solution at all. I talked to the firm. says the firm needs to change the card. Get a new device to do it. very expensive. I think it is ridiculous. software problem.
