P0610 Error on MAZDA 3

I have a Mazda 3 BK 1.6 Z6 with Denso ECU 279721-2240 (1st picture) and Z601 100140-7041(2nd picture) .

Speed indicator is not working and odometer does not record mileage while CHECK ENGINE light is ON and I get the P0610 DTC.
Also, I can't delete this DTC if the engine is not at least halfway warmed-up.
When temp is let's say over 60C, I can clear this DTC and all things will work normally until I let the car cool down more than 6 Hours, then the nightmare starts again.

Can this be a hardware problem, because it's linked to the engine temp ?
