Many thanks - all the job it's much easier now.


The method also work with larger SD cards - I used if for both KESS & KTAG sd cards with two 64GB Samsung PRO Endurance .
I just did a smaller FAT32 partition from a bigger sdcard, inserted in KESS/KTAG and updated it.
To delete old partition and create a 4GB FAT32 partition I used "DIsk Management" tool from WIN 10.
The remaining space is unpartitioned.
