Or dump from any module in the car. UEC probably easiest.

I am waiting MPPS v16 , so can I use it , i will read ecu with MPPS v16

mpps v16 can't read eeprom from this ecu , so you will not know the pin from engine ecu.
you can buy pin code from dealer by VIN number or you can read this ecu by bdm
also you can extract pin from other modules eeprom ( dash , display, radio,rec,cim etc .)
