ecu is 4M51 - 12A650 - PA 0 281 011 533

what ecu part No flash wold be ok for manual conversion

The car is working ok but in any gear after gear change engine automatically rising RPM

Was the car with cvt transmission? Here test this switch only solution, if it doesnt work we will try to copy gearbx_rV high and low values from manual one... And if then no work, you'll have to copy eep from manual car too but dont know what to do with immo then...
