Problem with Adblue ML350 (W166)

Hi Guys

I have a ML350 (W166). Before i can share file (BTW I am willing to pay for the Adblue off) I am trying to reset counters with no success. I use WOW Wurth Diagnostic software and when I reset counter with it, it only says "Adjustment successful" but inside the dash it still says I am left with 102km. I took the car to the delearship where they have MB star online but again it wont reset. Says left with 102kms. Dealership checked the vehicle and said we must replace the Adblue tank, pump and sensors. Now this is very expensive!!

Has anyone ever encountered a vehicle that resets counters but does not change information in dashboard? Any ideas how I can go about this. I wish to assist my client. Also what would happen if i write a file with solution?
