2014 Peugoet Partner 16hdi with EDC17c10 Speed limiter

Have a Peugoet Partner that has a factory programmed speed limiter of 100 kmh

Within the flash the vmax is set to 153kmh so must be n the Eeprom

Anybody know how to sort it out ?

Have both Irom and EEprom
