Audi a4 2007 engine bpw replace from 2.0 tdi to 1.9 tdi awx

Hi all can someone give me advice please if I need change my ecu, flash or somehow amend it. Due to oil pump failure I want to do a project and swap my 2.0 tdi bpw engine with 1.9 awx both are nearly same blocks and heads so all rest part will go from 2.0 tdi on 1.9tdi but I'm not sure about fuel mixture and ignition due to 1.9 tdi have 100cc less. So will be happy if some one can give a help in that. Thanks in advance.
