HELP ME. MUTSE SEW24 MVCI Passthru File

Please I need help for this. When I click STV in MUT3SE it doesn't open the CMD for Adapter Selection. Help me please.

Make sure to run MUT3SE as Administrator:
Right-click the shortcut or .exe file.
Select “Run as administrator.”
Without admin privileges, the software may not be able to launch external processes like the CMD.
