    I think the cheapest solution is to keep the replacement BSI as is (have the pin for it) seeing that to obtain a virgin bsi file is so difficult to get, virgin the ecu ,precode new key chips and learn keys via obd.
    Do what you can with what you have .

    Thanks for all the input I now have the car running again with the new bsi which i changed because of the wind screen wipers not working , the only improvement now is that they only work on high speed ? Looking at the steering collums data stream I can see the the low speed and intermediate and high speed being switched , any ideas?

    Strange think,you have to change bsi for this but windscreen wiper motor is powered by bcm module in engine compartment.
    Did you check fuses there or replace bcm for test?

    Yes checked all fuses and tested the front bcm as far as I could,after changing the inside bsi I now have wipers but only on high speed.
    Do what you can with what you have .
